Welcome to CloudAid Inc! These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications (the “Apps”). Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our Apps. By accessing or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use any of our Apps.
Use of Our Apps
Our Apps are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to use our Apps. By using any of our Apps, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older.
You may use our Apps only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use our Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of our Apps, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

The content and materials contained in our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of CloudAid Inc or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content or materials on our Apps for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of CloudAid Inc.
Accounts
In order to access certain features of our Apps, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. CloudAid Inc reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Third Party Links
Our Apps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CloudAid Inc. CloudAid Inc has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that CloudAid Inc shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Termination
CloudAid Inc reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to any of our Apps at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Modification of These Terms
CloudAid Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
